Velvet red and butcher’s grin

North Pole judgment settling in

“Have you been good?” blade held tight

Santa kills on Christmas night

Naughty lives don’t make it through

Christmas blood, now comes due

All’s not calm, this violent night

Santa judges wrong from right

White room, locked down, tape rolls slow

Every answer drips with blood and snow

A brother’s sins replayed on screen

Santa’s shadow stalking every scene

New name, new home, damage stayed

Trauma wrapped in holidays
